Why we stream

Safety,
in plain sight.

Most gyms protect their reputation by hiding what happens on the mat. We’ve taken the opposite approach. The camera is on, the feed is public, and what you see is what you’d see if you walked in. That’s the standard.

Parents see everything
If your kid is in class, you don’t need to be at the gym to know what’s happening. The mat-side camera shows every drill, every coach interaction, every fall. Open the link from work, from home, from anywhere.
Public accountability
Coaches who know the camera is rolling are coaches who teach the same way every day. The feed is a quiet auditor. It keeps the standard consistent — for adults, for teens, and especially for kids.
Reach beyond the room
Members who can’t make the in-person class can still follow along. Out-of-town family who want to watch a kid’s belt promotion can. Future students who want to feel the room before walking in get to.
When to tune in

Most live activity:
4 PM – 9 PM, weekdays.

Kids classes start at 3:30 PM. Adult evening sessions run 6:30 PM through 9:30 PM. Weekend wrestling and women’s-only sessions stream Saturday mornings. The full weekly grid is on the schedule page.

Privacy

Cameras are posted at every entrance. California is a two-party consent state — by training on the mat during a live session you consent to appear on the ambient feed. Minors' faces are kept out of frame where possible; contact us to opt out.
